Real Estate Broker and Accredited Land Consultant Eric Andrews is proud to announce he is now a member of the Triad MLS! What does this mean? Combined with his membership of the Triangle MLS he now can show and sell property to a huge portion of North Carolina.
The Triad MLS covers Alamance, Caswell, Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Guilford, Montgomery, Moore, Randolph, Rockingham, Rowan, Stanley, Stokes, Surry, and Yadkin County.
The Triangle MLS covers Chatham, Durham, Franklin, Granville, Halifax, Harnett, Johnston, Lee, Nash, Orange, Person, Vance, Wake and Warren, (along with an overlap of Alamance and Caswell.)
That is 30 counties!
With this two MLS member coverage he now has access to sell and show property From Smithfield to Pinehurst to Winston-Salem to Mt Pilot. While Eric Andrews is focused on acreage properties and commercial, he has a residential broker-buyer specialist, Tammy Fox. She coordinates with Eric to show and list residential properties in the Triad as well as the Triangle. It was Tammy that convinced Eric to join the Triad MLS, having been a member of that board for many years and the Alamance board for decades.
She was certain this exposure would benefit our clients. Already Tammy and Eric have obtain listings in counties covered by the Triad MLS, and already they have properties under contract in those areas. He will gladly accept referrals from other agents that are limited to one or the other MLS services.
