When preparing a parcel of land for sale we’re trying to determine the best value and best use of the land.

  • Sometimes land is sold as:
  • recreational use
  • hunting land
  • residential use
  • high density residential land
  • commercial / raw land

Commercial land is typically sells for the highest dollar per acre.

If you have a piece of land that you would like to sell as commercial but is not zoned commercial or industrial, you do not necessarily have to rezone the property prior to selling it.
