No. Many parcels of land for sale in North Carolina are not listed with the MLS or Zillow.
Farm Land, Vacant Land and Residential:
Land does not have to be FSBO (For Sale By Owner) to not make it onto the Multi Listing Services (MLS). Some sellers choose not to list it there or their real estate agent may not decide to list it there. It costs time and money to list land for sale on the MLS. That said, we almost always list land we’re selling on the MLS for the increased exposure.
Some land is listed instead over on LandAndFarm.com or LandWatch.com.
Commercial Land:
Land listed for commercial purposes may come up for sale on LoopNet.
As you can see, there are many types of websites which list land for sale.
