Eric Andrews Completes Huge Historic Land Sale in Pittsboro

Eric Andrews has officially helped complete one of the largest assemblages of buildings and land sold in downtown Pittsboro, North Carolina.

This was a 5 property package deal totaling $2,062,500.00 including several very well known properties in historic downtown Pittsboro.

The most well known property in this bunch was 39 West Street, where “The Pittsboro Roadhouse and General Store” is located. This property was previously known as “The General Store Café” or “Justice Motors”, a Cheverolet Dealership. The Roadhouse has a history of 39 West Street here.

Other properties included in the transaction include The Roadhouse’s parking lot across the street, 46 Sanford Road, 20 Sanford Road, 56 Sanford Road.

The property was sold by Realty World Carolina Properties with Cindy Dameron representing the seller and Eric Andrews representing the buyer.

In an article (seen below) by The Chatham Record, Eric Andrews, authorized to speak on behalf of both the buyer (Gregory and Paula Stafford) and the seller (the Justice Family), is quoted saying “They want to keep it as is … The message the Justice family and the Staffords want to make clear to the community and their tenants is that the plan is to maintain the status quo.”

With Chatham Park in the works, people are taking seriously purchasing land in Chatham County for investment purposes. Eric recently discussed large acreage tracts becoming scarce in the area in 2015.
