The new Chatham Park beside us in downtown Pittsboro had a ribbon cutting and open house yesterday, October 15, 2014.

This video explains Preston Development’s philosophy and goes on to explain the progress of Chatham Park. The new work, live, and play environment will be one of the largest in the United States.
The video includes quotes from Preston Development, Cisco, and the Southern Growth Policies Board. It also states that the North Carolina Department of Commerce is steering people towards Chatham Park and explains that the property is available for development right now.
