One of my Wake County Land Sales buyers the other day asked me about the Costco which is opening on 64. They are buying some vacant land to put a new home on near highway 55.
When is Costco Opening in Apex NC?
The rumor is the new Costco will be open March 16, 2016.
According to Bizjournals, there will be several other businesses opening nearby, including Chipotle Mexican Grill, Ruckus Pizza, Five Guyrs Burgers and Fries, McAlister’s Deli, Mattress Firm, Great Clip, and Paris Nails. And that is just the first phase of the project.
Grocery stores are popping up all over the place in Apex North Carolina. Publix, Harris Teeter, Fresh Market, Trader Joe’s are just a few. There is also a proposed Wegmans grocery store coming in. Shoppers in Apex, Cary and Morrisville have plenty of options.
